About me
Shelby Feliciano - Sabala has committed her professional career to serving marginalized communities both internationally and within the United Stated for 20 years and in education for the past 15 years. She leads with a passionate commitment to building an organizational culture of curiosity infusing intentional data collection and analysis with storytelling to propel and communicate issues and impact. In her role as Project Hope Alliance's Chief Partnership Officer, she oversees the development and implementation of all programming, public and private partnerships, and data design, collection, and analysis with the focus on ensuring that children and youth experiencing homelessness have the resources and support needed to thrive. She recently defended her dissertation in late January for her doctorate in Educational Leadership focusing on understanding how social and emotional learning improvement impacts the school experiences of youth experiencing homelessness. Shelby received her Masters in Social Work from the University of Washington, focusing on community centered integrative practice. As a social worker and former AmeriCorps member, she is passionate about the importance of community engagement, creating sustainable systems change, and intentional collaboration.
